This page covers the North marketing website, run by The Clarity Brand. It explains how information is handled today, what we do not claim, and how to reach us if you find a problem.
Connections to this website are intended to use HTTPS/TLS. We do not make a claim here about a particular encryption standard for stored data.
Information you submit is handled by the website service and its hosting providers. Please do not include confidential company, customer, employee, financial, or other sensitive information.
The on-site newsletter and merchandise signup forms record email, subscription purpose, consent text and version, timestamp, signup source, and bounded campaign attribution. Early-access signup uses a separate Google Form described in the Privacy Policy; do not assume its responses are stored in this website’s signup database. The website does not take payment.
The earlier public assessment has been retired. Records submitted through it previously (such as email, profile results, score, and the decision and building context provided) are kept as existing records and are separate from current website signup collection.
The website backend uses Replit-managed infrastructure and PostgreSQL. North is still prelaunch, and infrastructure and access controls may change as it develops.
This page describes the current intended setup for the marketing website, not a certification or independent security review. It does not describe security controls for the separate North product.
We use or may use providers to operate the website, including Replit (infrastructure), HubSpot (lead management), and Resend (optional marketing email, and transactional profile delivery in the earlier assessment context). Operational notification integrations, such as Make.com, may be planned or change over time.

We aim to handle information responsibly and to honor privacy rights that apply to you. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@behirut.ai.
We will review requests under applicable law and our retention needs. Optional marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, please email security@behirut.ai with a detailed description, steps to reproduce, and potential impact.
We cannot promise a response time or a particular remediation outcome, but the report will help us investigate.

North is in prelaunch. Product access is not guaranteed by a target launch date. The earlier public assessment has been retired, and existing records from it are preserved. This marketing website is separate from the North product. We have not claimed an independent security review or compliance certification; this page will be updated if that changes.
