Data Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser and Behirut AI servers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest — including email addresses, assessment responses, and Decision Trail entries — is stored using AES-256 encryption on our database layer.
Data We Collect
We collect the information you provide during the Clarity Tax Assessment: your email address, archetype results, tax score, the decision you name, what you're building, and your marketing communication preference. We do not collect payment card data (no payment is taken during beta). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Infrastructure & Hosting
Behirut AI's backend is hosted on Replit's managed infrastructure, with PostgreSQL databases provisioned in isolated environments. Access to production systems is restricted to named team members with role-based permissions. Dependency updates are monitored regularly and applied on a rolling basis.
Third-Party Processors
We use a small number of trusted third-party processors to operate the service: Resend (transactional and marketing email), HubSpot (CRM and lead management), and Replit (infrastructure). Each processor operates under a data processing agreement consistent with applicable data protection law. A full list is available on request at privacy@behirut.ai.
Compliance & Privacy Rights
We respect applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA where they apply. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@behirut.ai with your request. We will respond within 30 days. Marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link in every message.
Vulnerability Disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Behirut AI, we encourage responsible disclosure. Email our security team at security@behirut.ai with a detailed description of the issue — including steps to reproduce, potential impact, and any supporting materials. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and keep you informed as we work to address it before any public disclosure.
