When you join the Behirut AI waitlist or complete the Clarity Tax Assessment, we may collect your name and email address, the decision and building context you choose to share, your answers, your profile results, and your marketing communication preference. We also collect standard analytics data such as page views, session duration, referral sources, and privacy-safe interaction events through privacy-respecting analytics tools. Do not include confidential company, customer, employee, financial account, or other sensitive information in assessment answers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to generate and deliver your Clarity Profile, operate and improve the service, respond to requests, and send product updates only when you opt in. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. AI Training

Your assessment answers and decision data are not used to train AI models.

4. Service Providers

To operate the service, we use trusted providers including Replit for infrastructure, HubSpot for lead management, Resend for transactional and optional marketing email, and Make.com for operational notifications. These providers process only the information needed for their service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
