Information for previous submitters: the public assessment is retired, while existing records and privacy responsibilities remain.

The public Clarity Tax Assessment has been retired from this website. Retiring it does not delete previous submissions or remove your privacy rights. Existing records and report-delivery services remain separate from North early-access signups. The website Privacy Policy explains data handling and how to contact the operator. The separate North product will provide its own disclosures before access opens.
Previous submissions
If you previously requested a decision profile, removing the public assessment does not itself erase your record or disable existing report delivery.
Use the contact details in the website Privacy Policy for questions about an earlier submission or a deletion request. Do not send sensitive answers through public feedback tools.
Your responsibility
Early access requests your email and consent for product updates; it does not ask you to submit assessment answers.
You should never enter protected health information, proprietary trade secrets, unannounced financial figures, or the personal data of your employees.
